All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the day they are received. We ship the majority of orders 2-3 day USPS priority mail through the post office which is faster and more reasonably priced than other methods of shipping. The average time it takes from when an order is placed until it reaches the customer is 4-6 business days. If there is a weekend or holiday 2-3 days after your order is received, it will be shipped the following business day.
For larger, heavier orders we ship U.P.S. ground which takes an average of 4-5 business days from the day it is shipped.
Depending on our schedule and time of year, we can sometimes ship an order out priority mail the day after it is received. Summer is our business time of year. We do our very best to accommodate our customers with special needs or circumstances. Please plan ahead and order well in advance, especially if you will be out of town or on vacation. Running out of product does not qualify as a special circumstance.
If your local post office does not deliver to your address, please advise us at check out and write in the note section of your order “U.P.S. delivery only”. Additional shipping fees may apply based on the size and weight of your order.
When you place your order on our website you will receive automatic confirmation by email that your order has been received. When we process your order you will receive tracking information for your package. Please be sure to check your emails (or spam folder) for this information. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days from the date you placed your order, please check the tracking information before contacting us. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, you must notify us within twenty one days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the tracer request and confirms the shipment is unrecoverable.
We will ship to the address provided by you on your order. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused by receiver, customer is responsible for re-shipping fee.
NOTE: We are very sorry but due to the extreme high cost of shipping internationally and certain customs restrictions, we only ship our products within the U.S.
If you are not satisfied with any of our products:
- E-mail us with a short explanation as to the reason for your return. Your feedback helps us to understand the needs and concerns of our valued customers.
- After e-mailing us simply return the product within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the item for a refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable).
- Please include a copy of your invoice in the return package, or a note with your name, address, and telephone number.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.
- Please note The Holistic Horse cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Damage goods due to shipping or client’s negligence on return will not be refunded. In the event you need to return any product we strongly encourage you to insure the item.
- We can only process your request after the item(s) have been returned to us in their original condition.
