Free Shipping on orders of $149 or more:
To automatically qualify for free shipping, orders must ship together on the same day to the same address within the Continental U.S. Order subtotal must total $149 or more. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are not eligible for free shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to choose best shipping methods. NOTE: For orders that qualify for free shipping we reserve the right to choose the shipping method that is the most economical. Free shipping applies to orders weighing 70 lbs. or less. Additional shipping charges will apply on orders weighing 70 lbs. or more. We will contact you when we receive your order to quote you the additional shipping cost.
- Order subtotal does not include sales tax or discounts.
- Offer is good on internet/website orders only (phone orders not eligible).
- Bulk orders and orders placed with a Purchase Order do not qualify for free shipping.
- If you return your purchase, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
- E-mail us with a short explanation as to the reason for your return. Your feedback helps us to understand the needs and concerns of our valued customers.
- After e-mailing us simply return the product within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the item for a refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable). We will provide you with a return address when we respond to your e-mail. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Please include a copy of your invoice in the return package, or a note with your name, address, and telephone number.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.
- Please note The Holistic Horse cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Products damaged during return shipping or as a result of customer negligence will not be refunded. In the event you need to return any product we strongly encourage you to insure the item.
- We can only process your request after the item(s) have been returned to us in their original condition.
